Andrew McKay

Andy has over 35 years' experience in executing middle-market M&A, investment, financial, valuation, and other business transactions.  Prior to joining Baird, he was Head of Investment Banking at Hilliard Lyons.  He is a member of the Kentucky Society of CPAs.  He is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Andy is a board member of several closely held and family businesses.  He has a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law.
